Attorney Duval is an associate on the insurance defense team at Harding Gurley LLP. Attorney Duval is a 2023 graduate of Santa Clara University School of Law where he received the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Legal Research and Writing and interned at the Santa Clara County Superior Court. Prior to joining Harding Gurley, LLP, Attorney Duval began his legal career at a large California defense firm. At Harding Gurley he will continue his civil litigation practice, focusing on the defense of individuals and insurers throughout the Commonwealth.
